📋 Description

• Assist General Manager in all restaurant operations: customer service, food prep, inventory, and
• Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, and provide coaching.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and drive customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and goals.
• Handle administrative tasks and inventory management; act as GM in GM's absence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced, customer service environments; food service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
