• 18 years of age or older
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and
• Willing and able to open and close the store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
