📋 Description

• Oversee store operations by supporting the Store Manager and leading staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries/issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and banking processes for profitability.
• Maintain food safety, quality, speed of service, and cleanliness to regulatory standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, training, and record-keeping.
• Support sales targets, store policies, and marketing efforts.

• Inventory & Cash Control: manage inventory, cash handling, and banking.
• Food Safety & Quality: uphold health, safety, and quality standards.

• Store Support & Leadership: supervise, train, and motivate team; help CSRs and drivers as
• Experience: prior food service or retail management experience often preferred.
