Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant
• Adaptable, self-motivated, with a passion for customer service
• Help maintain positive crew morale and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated locations
• Manage cash, paperwork, and duties when the General Manager is unavailable
• Share responsibilities such as inventory counts, labor and sales analysis, and ensuring cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, quick learner, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented; able to work long hours including nights/weekends
• Willing to learn and perform other duties as needed
