📋 Description

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift and work toward store goals
• Manage the stores organization and cleanliness to acceptable standards and adhere to safety and
• Lead a team, train staff, and communicate written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Use email, phone apps, web-based software, and Microsoft Suite as part of daily operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record (as applicable).
• Ability to meet cost control, service goals, and labor requirements.
• Ability to follow company policies and provide great customer service.
• Experience with basic computer and keyboard entry for orders.
• Ability to lead and train a team and manage store operations.
