• Assist with all store operations and manage 3-30 employees per shift
• Oversee cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations
• Greet customers, take orders, operate POS, and ensure accurate product preparation
• Deliver products safely and maintain a clean, professional store appearance
• Be on time, maintain high standards, and lead by example
• Store open 365 days a year with flexible scheduling to meet team needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a team (3-30 people) during a shift
• Clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and valid driver's license
• High personal standards for professionalism and teamwork
• Willing to work weekends/holidays when busy
• Minimum age 18
