📋 Description

• Responsible for everything that happens during shift, including cost controls, inventory control
• Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from crew
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
