Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible for all aspects of shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash
• Set an example by following all policy and procedures and expecting the same from crew members
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling and adhere to standards
• Provide great customer service, attendance, punctuality and transportation to/from work
• Ensure store cleanliness and contribute to marketing and profitability
• Operate all equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous management or leadership experience is required (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be willing and able to open and close the store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
