Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible for all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a set or changing schedule
• Ensure store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous management or leadership experience required (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and
• Willing and able to open and close the store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
