📋 Description

• Assists in the daily oversight, coordination and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs
• Understands all policies and procedures to manage store in absence of General Manager
• Ensures customers feel welcome and team members are responsive and service-oriented
• Supervises food and product preparation and service according to brand standards
• Assists with opening, closing, and preparation lists
• Works hands-on in preparing food, servicing customers, and coordinating deliveries
