Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible for all shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, store cleanliness, marketing
• Ensure adherence to standards and policies, set example for crew
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Deliver product by car to customer's door, deliver flyers and door hangers

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under
• Judgment, math, and multitasking skills
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
