Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all shift operations, including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer
• Lead and supervise crew members, set the example by following all policies and procedures
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and paperwork submission
• Maintain food management, image standards, and store cleanliness
• Handle marketing and profitability for the store
• Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and address customer concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to direct activities, work under stress, and meet quality control standards
• Ability to make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner
• Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Physical ability to stand for majority of shift, lift and/or stack product weighing up to 50
• Hand-eye coordination for shaping dough, maneuvering peel/cutter, and folding pizza boxes
