📋 Description

• Responsible for all aspects of shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time; set the example for the crew
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a set or changing schedule
• Maintain perfect image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and ensure store
• Oversee marketing and profitability
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous management or leadership experience is required (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be willing and able to open and close the store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
