📋 Description

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory
• Set the example for crew by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management
• Work to a set or changing schedule and maintain perfect image and adhere to standards
• Provide great customer service, maintain attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work
• Ensure store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous management or leadership experience is required (restaurant or retail experience preferred)
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be willing and able to open and close the store
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
