Assistant Manager, CRM

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
• Personalize one-to-one communications using segmentation and insights.
• Partner with Data Science to launch campaigns and analyze results.
• Use data-driven insights to identify growth; align with regional/local teams.
• Be CRM SME; advise stakeholders; experiment and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product to keep communications on-brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Marketing/Business Strategy for B2C lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Marketing/Digital Media.
• Experience designing and launching complex CRM campaigns.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with multi-channel communications: Push, SMS, In-App, Email.
• Proficient in data analysis to drive business goals.
• Ability to translate data into new strategies.
• Lifecycle automation tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Responsys, Eloqua.
