Assistant Manager, Driver Acquisition Strategy

📋 Description

• Manage and lead end-to-end driver acquisition activities (strategy conceptualization, lead
• Build driver onboarding lifecycle -- from pre-onboarding to driver activation
• Lead strategic discussions with internal and external partners
• Ensure that driver acquisition journey and training methods are clear and concise
• Conduct results analysis, process improvement, and tracking acquisition trends
• Advise department heads on implementation of new processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related 4-year related course
• Strong background in lead generation, multi-funnel acquisition, talent sourcing, or recruiting
• Experience with 2-wheel rider acquisition is a plus
• Knowledgeable about transport, cars and automotive industry, preferably knows how to drive
• Very strong communication skills and attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools
