📋 Description

• End-to-End Accounting: Own full-cycle accounting for all Termgrid entities; audit-ready GL.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Manage close; journal entries; accruals; depreciation; close calendar.
• Multi-Entity Consolidations: Intercompany reconciliations and roll-up reporting for US/UK.
• Accounts Payable & Internal Expenses: End-to-end AP workflow; vendor onboarding; invoicing; payments.
• Day-to-Day Accounting: Real-time D2D accounting across expense categories.
• US & UK Compliance: US tax incl 1099s; UK VAT filings and compliance docs.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation across accounting workflows.
• Analytics & Finance Tech: Write SQL queries; build dashboards; use AI tools.
• SaaS Metrics & Strategic Reporting: Track MRR/ARR, churn, deferred revenue; variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years finance exp; 3–4 years full-cycle accounting; CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance considered.
• Big 4 or large multinational background with multi-entity exposure.
• QuickBooks full-cycle accounting (Online/Desktop) is a must.
• SaaS/tech exp with deferred revenue and SaaS accounting.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations incl intercompany eliminations.
• US tax compliance (1099s) and UK VAT experience.
