Assistant Manager, Fleet Operations (Autonomous Vehicles)

📋 Description

• Supervise safety supervisors, in-vehicle safety operators, and remote operators.
• Manage scheduling, shifts, timekeeping; collaborate on onboarding/training.
• Lead daily AV service operations across field deployments and command center.
• Coordinate escalation workflows for disruptions, anomalies, faults, or incidents.
• Act as a point of contact for in-field events (faults, collisions, AV behavior).
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and KPIs for fleet.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
• Experience leading shift-based teams in live ops.
• Knowledge/experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments is a plus.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience of drivers/operators in field roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and high-pressure communication.
