Assistant Manager, Fulfillment Operations - Day Shift

📋 Description

• Lead the day-shift fulfillment floor across kitting, picking, packing, SLUs, and drivers
• Manage 60+ team members and own the rhythm of the day
• Roll out new processes and drive workflow improvements
• Coach and mentor a collaborative, accountable floor team
• Ensure safety and compliance while meeting high-volume demand
• Schedule: Mon–Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm onsite handoff between shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of warehouse leadership with 3+ years supervising teams
• Floor-first operator; manage multiple active workflows
• Process-oriented problem solver; improve workflows
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build a collaborative team
• Familiar with WMS, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Safety-focused and compliant with regulations
