Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for a portfolio of funds and
• Develop a thorough understanding of fund structures, transactions and reporting requirements.
• Deliver client accounting requirements and reporting obligations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Apply relevant accounting standards, including UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, and support the

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA or ACA qualified, or qualified through significant relevant professional experience.
• Experience within financial services, fund accounting or a related accounting environment.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Real Estate or Corporate structures is advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting expertise with experience in preparing and reviewing financial
• Knowledge of fund structures, financial reporting requirements and applicable accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a
