📋 Description

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and HR tech stack
• Own HRMS/LMS and integrations; scale architecture
• Troubleshoot issues with vendors/IT; drive resolution
• Identify AI use cases in HR; predictive analytics & chatbots
• Build AI-powered HR decisions and workflows; AI-first culture
• Design scalable HR processes with a user-first approach

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in HR Operations / HR Tech / People Analytics
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (implementation/configuration)
• HR analytics: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
• Automation tools and scripting experience
• APIs, integrations, and system architecture knowledge
• Data structures and workflows understanding
• Stakeholder management and communication
• High ownership and accountability
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
