🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Deep understanding of insurance products, operations, and Malaysian regulations.
• Design thinking; proven ability to design processes from scratch.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL preferred.
• Thrive in ambiguity; eager to build a new entity.
• Fluent in English; able to influence stakeholders.
