📋 Description

• Support delivery and governance of the Client Due Diligence framework within Jersey-regulated funds
• Act as SME in AML/CFT and investor due diligence
• Guide onboarding, periodic reviews, and higher-risk investor relationships
• Provide guidance on CDD matters and escalate complex cases to senior management
• Deputise for the CDD Manager when required and liaise with Compliance and FATCA/CRS teams
• Maintain strong regulatory knowledge and monitor risk exposure

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in CDD/KYC, AML/CFT, or related compliance role
• Experience in funds or financial services environment is advantageous
• Qualifications/certifications in AML/Compliance are desirable but not essential
• Strong analytical and investigative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under regulatory frameworks
