Assistant Manager - Investor Services

📋 Description

• Take ownership of investor servicing activities across a portfolio of fund clients
• Build strong relationships with investors, fund managers, and internal stakeholders
• Support investor onboarding activities including due diligence and record maintenance
• Coordinate subscription, capital call, distribution, and redemption activities
• Partner with Accounting and Administration teams for transactions and reporting
• Support FATCA and CRS reporting activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in investor services, fund administration, trust and corporate services or related
• Strong understanding of fund structures, investor lifecycle activities, and client servicing
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, capital activity, investor reporting, and related operational
• Understanding of FATCA, CRS, and investor due diligence requirements
• Experience in supporting, coaching, or developing colleagues
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
