Assistant Manager – MEP

📋 Description

• Assisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning
• Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals
• Assisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation.
• Supporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries.
• Helping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality

🎯 Requirements

• A University degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or
• 1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
• Ability to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
