📋 Description

• Source external candidates via events, job fairs, networking, outreach
• Post and maintain open positions on internal and external boards for lead and associate vacancies
• Lead training, coaching and recognition to elevate guest experience
• Build talent pipelines; onboarding, leadership development, retention
• Align with recruitment team to broader talent strategy
• Collaborate with Store Leadership on workforce planning and staffing

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile; able to handle multiple tasks in changing env
• Strong understanding of retail ops, workforce planning, and employee experience
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and teams
