  • 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
  • Agile; able to handle multiple tasks in changing env
  • Strong understanding of retail ops, workforce planning, and employee experience
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and teams
