🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, workforce planning, and employee experience strategy
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and team members
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for a full shift
