📋 Description

• Distributor lead generation and market mapping across FMCG categories.
• Build a pipeline via market visits, referrals, and outreach.
• Expand distributor network across priority geographies.
• Own onboarding lifecycle from first contact to closure.
• Conduct in-person meetings with distributor owners and decision-makers.
• Negotiate terms and drive closures; track onboarding milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years in BD/Distributor Development/Channel Sales.
• Experience with FMCG, consumer brands, retail distribution.
• Experience onboarding distributors, dealers, wholesalers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• English, Hindi, and regional language skills preferred.
• Analytical mindset; Excel and CRM tools.
