📋 Description

• Lead and support the Payments Team, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely payment processing.
• Oversee payment approvals, workflows, and controls across banking and internal systems.
• Act as the key contact for payment-related queries, partnering closely with clients and internal
• Manage team workloads, service levels, and operational priorities to deliver an exceptional client
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in payments, banking operations, or a related financial services
• Strong understanding of payment processes, controls, and operational risk management.
• Comfortable using technology and digital platforms to support payment processing, workflow
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
