• Full-funnel GMV growth across SEA via multi-channel marketing (Meta/Google/TikTok)
• Data attribution & optimization: real-time budget shifts by attribution models
• Creative & product synergy: localized SEA assets; feedback to CVR improvements
• Growth methodology: identify and test scalable growth levers in SEA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years in overseas e-commerce performance marketing
• Google/Meta/TikTok Ads for e-commerce; SEA country nuances
• GA4 attribution, SKAN/Privacy Sandbox, and MMP tracking
• Experience scaling campaigns and rapid testing frameworks
• Familiar with SEA e-commerce calendar and regional habits
• Fluent English; strong data analysis skills
