📋 Description

• Own day-to-day app campaign optimization across digital channels
• Drive UA, retargeting, and reactivation to hit scale targets
• Build AI-driven solutions to improve workflows
• Analyze performance data with AppsFlyer attribution
• Partner with creative teams to test assets
• Improve in-app CVR and onboarding flows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in app performance marketing and UA
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ASA
• Deep knowledge of AEO, VO, and in-app funnel conversion
• Proficient with AppsFlyer attribution modeling (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox)
• Experience building AI tools and automations for workflows
• Nice-to-have: AI automation scripts, LTV models, or automated pipelines
