Assistant Manager, Platform Safety

📋 Description

• Combine safety incident data and user feedback to identify risks and prioritize interventions.
• Review safety processes, classification, reporting; strengthen standards and risk controls.
• Manage safety programmes from planning to implementation including budgets and vendors.
• Develop safety communications, training for consumers and partners.
• Act as public liaison with government, law enforcement, regulators and community orgs.
• Support responses to safety incidents and crises; capture lessons for future readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, risk management, public
• At least five years of relevant experience in platform operations, safety, risk management or
• Experience managing projects from planning through implementation, including budgets and vendor
• Experience in strategic insights or data analytics, translating findings into recommendations.
• Experience developing processes, standards or assurance checks and turning lessons into repeatable
• Engaging with government agencies, regulators or community organisations; experience in
