Assistant Manager, Regional Business Finance (Mobility Segment)

📋 Description

• Partner early with product, operations, and commercial teams on upcoming projects — surfacing
• Determine and lead the accounting treatment for new Mobility product offerings and business plans
• Oversee the regional accounting framework for Mobility products across SEA — driving application
• Identify and fix historical misalignments in revenue or cost accounting in a controlled, auditable
• Oversee the finance reporting process for the Mobility business end-to-end, aligning with process
• Act as the regional point of contact for group-level financial audit and SOX for the Mobility

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Accounting and Controls – 4–6 years of experience in controllership, technical
• Regional and Industry Expertise – Experience supporting multi-country operations and diverse
• Stakeholder Management and Influence – A good collaborator who can simplify complex accounting
• Commercial Judgment and Execution – Able to solve work issues with structure, who balances
