Assistant Manager - Security

📋 Description

• Oversee daily security operations and maintain a safe and secure environment across guest
• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor security personnel while promoting compliance with policies
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control points, and security equipment to identify
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns while
• Conduct regular security patrols across guest areas, back-of-house spaces, perimeter zones, and
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation and records.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional security experience in a corporate, hospitality, or similar
• Proven supervisory or management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, access control technologies, surveillance
• Excellent incident response and crisis management skills, with sound decision-making under pressure.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, health and safety regulations, and operational
• Proficiency in security documentation, report writing, record keeping, and data analysis.
