Assistant Manager, Technology Sourcing

📋 Description

• Run medium-complexity sourcing workstreams with plan and partner mapping.
• Design RFQs/RFPs and build cost models and what-if scenarios.
• Clarify requirements and coordinate SMEs with business partners.
• Prepare negotiation positions and document rationale and risks.
• Govern vendor performance; enforce SLAs and cost controls.
• Use AI to accelerate drafting, analysis, and scenario exploration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in direct commercial tech procurement.
• Experience running tech RFPs and negotiating software/hardware/network deals.
• Cloud/SaaS/IaaS literacy; SAM; hardware lifecycle; WAN/SD-WAN.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development.
• Stakeholder influence, negotiation skills, and governance capability.
• AI-forward mindset; adapt quickly and leverage AI in analysis.
