Assistant Merchant

📋 Description

• Assist merchandising in assortment creation and maintenance of line plans.
• Create SKUs/UPCs and manage SKU lists across Netsuite & Toolio.
• Create and manage purchase orders; coordinate PO adjustments with Sourcing.
• Update weekly reports and manage launch guides.
• Build relationships with Digi-Merch, Visual Merchandising, IT, and Marketing.
• Handle market research and ad-hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Business or Management preferred.
• Experience in merchandising, product management or related roles (apparel preferred).
• Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and merch software; Netsuite/Toolio experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication.
• Creative thinking and trend awareness.
