A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Music Business) and knowledge of music rights holders (major
Genre-spanning knowledge of music and live music.
Exceptional organizational skills for tight deadlines and complex workflows in a fast-paced
Independent problem-solver with basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva), attention to detail, and
Strong communication, team mindset, and alignment with Peloton’s ethos.
