Assistant Planner

📋 Description

• Developing production plans by SKU for release, based on commercial requirements and analysis of
• Compiling, communicating and monitoring production plans across the business.
• Validating supply and demand to maximise fulfilment across all sales channels and regions.
• Supporting allocation planning for key launches and contingency scenarios where required.
• Monitoring group stock levels and reporting future stock positions to support responsible inventory
• Managing the Free-To-Sell model and minimising oversold items through effective stock and shipping

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical capability.
• 1-2 years' experience within planning, sourcing, buying or merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Collaborative relationship building and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Ability to interpret data and translate analytical findings into clear commercial insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
