📋 Description

Assist in directing preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate and supervise construction/service work by outside contractors
Conduct periodic inspections of plant systems, equipment, facilities
Review shift operations, make decisions, and implement actions affecting processing
Track downtime and provide solutions to decrease downtime

🎯 Requirements

Trade school or Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required
Industrial electrical experience required
5 years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing
Glass industry experience preferred
