Assistant Portfolio Manager - 12 month FTC

📋 Description

• Assisting with the design, construction and ongoing management of Buy & Maintain portfolios
• Collaborating with credit analysts, strategists and portfolio management teams to shape portfolio
• Managing liquidity and collateral requirements across client portfolios
• Supporting client and consultant meetings, alongside the preparation of marketing and reporting
• Working with portfolio managers, implementation teams, client teams and the Global Trading Team to
• Identifying opportunities to improve portfolio management processes, systems, services and products

🎯 Requirements

• A strong academic or professional background, or relevant experience gained in a comparable
• A completed or in-progress CFA qualification, or an equivalent technical background in investments
• Knowledge of global fixed income markets, including government bonds, credit and associated
• Experience or knowledge of managing fixed income or credit portfolios
• Some understanding of macroeconomics and the factors influencing industries and companies
• An understanding of ESG considerations and the regulatory landscape affecting pension schemes or
