📋 Description

• Partner with the Principal and instructional leadership team to implement a clear, data-driven
• Support the consistent implementation of rigorous, standards-aligned, and engaging instruction
• Conduct frequent classroom observations and learning walks to assess instructional quality
• Coach and develop teachers through regular observation, feedback, modeling, practice, goal-setting
• Facilitate or support professional development, instructional team meetings, data meetings, and

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum and
