📋 Description

• Drive the rigorous implementation of KIPP Texas’ multilingual program models, ensuring fidelity to
• Coach program teachers on effective implementation of language instructional strategies, providing
• Collaborate with other Assistant Principals of Instruction (APIs) to design and deliver
• Lead the internalization of standards-aligned curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse
• Integrate language development strategies within Tier 1 core instruction and intervention planning
• Provide small group language interventions and support for beginner and newcomer students.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).
• Texas Bilingual Teacher Certification (required for primary or secondary).
• Texas ELAR and ESL Teacher Certification (required for secondary).
• 2 years of teaching experience (required).
• 1 year teacher leader experience with a record of managing and mentoring teachers or teacher
• Previous school-level leadership experience (preferred).
