📋 Description

• Assist lead administrator with school leadership and direction.
• Support school-wide initiatives in special education.
• Drive improvements in academics and behavior; enhance learning environment.
• Lead the school by building teams and guiding staff toward vision.
• Promote student success via strong instructional program.
• Confer with students, parents, and staff to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: IL PEL Special Education Teacher Certification (LBS1)
• Preferred: IL PEL with Principal/Administrator Certification
• Leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of PBIS
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards
• Excellent interpersonal/communication; able to manage multiple projects
