Resolve underwriting questions and rush files to keep closing on time.
Balance hands-on support with management duties for chattel and land home loans.
Communicate with the Processing Manager and cross-team to maintain quality.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in varied tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of processing experience.
Manufactured Housing knowledge (chattel and land home).
Strong knowledge of portfolio guidelines and underwriting support.
Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
Recent working knowledge of Encompass.
