Assistant Project Manager I

📋 Description

• Project set-up including creating bottle orders, scheduling courier or field sampler, confirming
• Sample receipt including reviewing log-in, generating subcontract paperwork, sending client sample
• Reporting including creating and issuing final reports, issuing final data packages, state
• Invoicing including reviewing final invoices, generating and submitting credit/debit memos
• Additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Experience working with computers
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
• Associate degree in related field (or 4 years of client service experience)
