Assistant Property Manager

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to investors and manage portfolio operations
• Coordinate leasing, R&M, resident services, and accounting across states
• Collaborate with Roofstock teams and communicate with investors
• Use proprietary tools to organize, schedule, and execute tasks
• Oversee Onsite Managers for larger properties when needed
• Support investors with property purchases/sales

🎯 Requirements

• Active Real Estate License
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in residential or commercial property management or real estate operations
• Cost/revenue management experience, tech-savvy with property management software
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
