Assistant Recruitment Manager

📋 Description

• Own the global technical recruiting function, combining strategic leadership with hands-on
• Lead technical recruitment across AI/ML, backend engineering, infrastructure, web and mobile
• Develop the technical recruiting strategy, team structure, hiring priorities, and operating
• Personally manage critical and senior-level searches, including market mapping, proactive
• Establish clear standards for evaluating technical candidates, emphasizing demonstrated
• Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and other senior stakeholders to define hiring

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of recruiting experience, including substantial experience hiring software
• Proven track record of building and leading technical recruiting functions within high-growth
• Strong understanding of engineering and AI talent markets and the ability to assess the depth
• Experience recruiting senior engineers, technical leaders, and other hard-to-find talent through
• Success building, managing, and improving the performance of technical recruiting teams.
• Ability to work directly with founders and engineering leadership, challenge assumptions
