🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience as an ASM or in similar management role
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Dynamic, articulate, approachable personality with strong communication
• Strong leadership qualities to lead by example
• Availability to work retail schedule, including weekends and sale holidays
