📋 Description

• Lead and motivate the Sales Acquisition team to meet and exceed goals.
• Identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove services to new clients, and maintain relationships.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships to expand the pipeline.
• Set, communicate, and enforce SOPs and policies for sales activities.
• Track team performance and implement corrective actions to close deals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
