Assistant Service Manager (Residential)

📋 Description

• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed per monthly calendar.
• Oversee maintenance team's work across building preventive schedules.
• Inspect HVAC, refrigerators, sinks, washers/dryers, and other systems.
• Track resident work orders and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Adhere to operating budget; provide cost estimates.
• Meet weekly with Property Manager to review work orders and status.

🎯 Requirements

• High school education required.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance; 1+ year as lead/supervisor.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• EPA Type I and II certification (as required).
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and repair.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook.
